SHIPPING

Due to the ongoing pandemic, shipping may take anywhere between 7-20 business days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed.

Please note: Dear Black Artist is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. Dear Black Artist will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

SIZING

All t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex (unless noted otherwise), which means they run larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.

ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed. Please see the product description and size chart for each item for reference.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.

COLOR/SIZING UNAVAILABLE

All items that are listed on the website are currently in stock. Limited edition t-shirts and one day sale color combos will not be guaranteed to restock. Please continue following us on social media, checking back and subscribing to our email list to be notified of exclusive color release dates!
